oh, thats a tough one....we had a raccoon on our balcony (yes 2nd storey of a condo....he must have come off the roof)....not a fan of the bugs they have, but possums can be down right nasty (though we currently have a skunk living under the front stoop of the building----)....so will go with the masked trash eater
