Had a q8 drop from a HM chest in Hell's Precipice, didn't think q8's could drop from those chests? Maybe I'm just misinformed on loot tables
Staves are an exception to Q8s not dropping from HM chests. They have a very strange loot table. You can get max Q8 11-21 staves from HM Chests and higher level foes than any other item. Q8 11-21 Staves are also strange that the max HSR on a Gold is 18%, however Purple is 20%. I have had better luck with Q8 11-21 Purple staves with 20% HSR from HM.
Ah that explains it, I was confused for a moment. Thanks for the explanation!
