According to Wiki some of the Ensorcelling Staffs from EotN Collectors (in the Dungeons) do come without the +10e.
So maybe ist something from early EotN?
Hmm, I have barely played EotN with this character. Only gone to Boreal Station and Eye of the North outposts.
I think I have REALLY played this character only back in ~2005-2007, so the item must be around from that time? -

I found this on my mesmer, any clues why it does not have +energy? Equipping it does not give energy either.
