It's either a quest reward/collector item

Am not sure at all if it is still obtainable or still is

Or a prenerf staff blue that is customised. But I think it's more of the first option

the no gold value is odd too though, if it were loot the blue bonuses would be hidden until identified, and if identified it would have a gold value.

id say its some weapon from hero, they usually miss some mods as heros are equipped with them originally,

i checked, it's not Norgu, Gwen, or Razah when he goes mes, did i miss any? Mercs have nothing equipped by default.

Are hero default weapons on pvp characters higher than q9?

Anyway yeah since it has no gold value and has max mods it wasnt dropped either, so must be some quest item orso, weaponsmith and collectr weapons have gold values i think.. Unless its some /bonus or preorder or someting like that

ah yes, quest reward items... sooooo fun to figure out.

I wish there was a wiki list of quest reward items by item name, but the items are only listed on the quest page, so making an item list is impossible unless each quest reward item could be linked to, so each would need its own page, then if you made pages someone would have a meltdown about item info being in multiple places...

This one is fascinating due to the R12and no inherent energy mod. I went through collector Encorselling Staves and came up with nothing. Also went through bonus items and again came up with nothing.

According to Wiki some of the Ensorcelling Staffs from EotN Collectors (in the Dungeons) do come without the +10e.

So maybe ist something from early EotN?

I think you're right. I knew i remembered getting a q12 weapon from something pvpish, but i was like "wth? I don't do pvp." and totally forgot about CB.

Going to have to check CB out next go around.
