yeah, everywhere where eternals drop a blue q8 could drop - so topk,uw,doa,nm,hm... you name it.
if os or insc - you can test by trying to apply a handle - if the cursor icon doesn't show impossible then it is insc area source, else not.
if you know it is insc area drop - then you can test for the possible mods - easiest to test are the handles, so if it does not have any of those it has to have an incription mod aka be insc. if however it does have a handle... not so easy. you could test for all the armor and damage reduction options, but that will be dreadful.

Being that the shield is inscribable and that it will accept a handle, how would I know as to whether or not there is an existing handle on the unid shield ? Is there a difference in the cursor between ones that already have a handle and those that do not? Red Fireball
