rest i was kinda expecting, still trying to figure out what exactly i should put on for PC (mainly caster weapons/shields) as the guidelines i found say 20/10 do have a chance to be valuable.

for martial weapons i also have a question: unless its dual vamp are 15^50 still possibly valuable if they're q10 for instance
