the new skins in insc are a merch or hard sell at X ectos when they're q9 with an interesting req (SR is meh)
look here for a good introduction to prices of items : Valuable Skins, Mods, and GW Drops Guide
you can merch the bow, the DF staff, the q12 fire staff, the hammer
the q13 fire staff can go for X arms maybe, same with the q11 curse and the scepter if you're lucky
the axe is a hard sell at X ectos, i would merch
unids go for like 7 = 1e
if you're really broke i guess it's fine to sell them but the time you lose in getting them + selling them in kama could be spent making more money, there is a lot of better ways
identifying certains OS items (good mod+good skin) might land you a rare drop that you can sell here

bump added xun rao quill
BOs lowered
use that for minis and tonics as their prices don't fluctuate much : https://kamadan.gwtoolbox.com/
fellblade is cool but OS it would be a couple of arms, this is insc so max 5-10e
definetly worth something, price will depend on how many buyers are interested but i can see this move in the low xxa range
agree with jack
T2 - 7a
T6 - 3a
yeah perhaps you're right, but the price between the 2 is prob similar
earth is 50a+ and it goes down like this earth>air>blood>df>illu>water>sp 5a
nice sample
OS staves with resto Q do not exist (except for spiritbinder recent addition)
Bump, looking for earth, dom and death
bump jade staff added, buyouts reduced
hammer and shield are in the high xxa (mb even xxxa for the hammer)
the flamberge is way less, xa to low xxa, some ppl like the skin
bump earth added, chan post-poned
1. 69gold
2. take what you can get, i dont see someone willing to spend more than 15e
a few arms max
I decided I wanted to become the jellyfish farmer so I came up with the fastest way to chestrun it
Quick explanation on how it works and what we're looking for, this run is similar to a Boreal Station chestrun (only takes a minute with a chest or two up for grabs)
Fish chests = Carp group nearby (Jellyfish Wands only drop from these)
Turtle chest = Turtle/Leviathan/Kuunavangs nearby (these can't drop Jellyfish Wands but you can get good stuff like Jugs, Paper Fans and Paper Lanterns so make sure you still go for those)
Exit from Seafarer's Rest, run straight ahead to check for the first possible Fish chest then head left (south) all the way to the Rit boss and you should see all the possible Fish chests once you're next to him, go towards the Monk Kuunavang boss to see the Turtle chests and then you can resign
The build I use : Ogej8xrDLTHQ4OIQ6M0kjbHY3lA
You're not really at risk of dying until you get close to carps since they strip all your enchants so it's all about maintaining as much distance with them as possible
Data time :
Each run nets you 0 to 3 chests (15% of runs have no chests and 0.X% have 3 chests, the vast majority have 1 and some have 2)
example of triple chests (all Fish) happened only twice in this sample
25% are Turtle chests, example screenshot where yellow is Fish and red is Turtle (very good run, only a couple of wands were purple)
Fish chests drop a Jellyfish Wand 20% of the time and half of them are purple
The following data is from 360 Fish chests and 140 Turtle chests :
40 Jellyfish Wands (gold)
6 Colossal Picks (gold)
5 Jugs (gold) most from Turtle chests
1 Paper Fan (gold) from Turtle chest
Pros of this chestrun :
This run is very swift and only takes a minute, not too hard and not braindead like Boreal Station, you get NO ARMOR PIECES ! So that's pretty awesome and you can get some cool skins like Emblazoned Defender, Embossed Aegis (from Turtles), Jade Sword, Colossal Picks and the rarest Paper Fans, Paper Lanterns and Jugs (mostly from Turtles but can drop from Fish)
Take it easy and happy running

Sorry I wasn't specific - I understand that they share servers, but I don't understand how this would break the trust of GW2 players? I don't play GW2 so I don't know anything about that community base.
The current Gw2 business model is yearly-ish 30$ expansions, if those expansions end up being disappoiting or delayed meanwhile Gw1 players get new content updates, Gw2 players will inevitably feel frustrated
ArenaNet always said that Gw1 servers are only still up because Gw2 is the breadwinner, for this reason I don't see actual content being added to Gw1 as it would break the trust of Gw2 players and create a potential unhealthy competition between the two games
Can you elaborate on this?
Like Max, I forgot where I saw that but it would be a new strategy decision for them to shift away from this model

With that being said, quality of life updates are always a good thing, I'm just cautious and hopeful that they won't mess up the current state of the game either on the technical or on the economical side of things (thinking of gems premium currency for legacy content)
In my opinion they pushed this all in one pack because they were pleasantly surprised that Gw1 can still bring money in their pockets when they did the big sales on expansions so they're back for round 2
fds merch
dd and jade sword 10e each but hard sell for the jade sword
fellblades max 10e rest is merch
they're all hard sells, max 20e each
i d personally merch, maybe keep the dom staff for a hero if you don't want a 40/40 set for some reason
nah
+5e for 1-3a or 15^50 for 20-40e
or dv for low xxa
single digit arms
30a is reasonable, maybe more if you're lucky
i'd buy the echo, pm me if you haven't merched it yet
xa to low xxa
The inscription slot has to be aptitude not attitude's mod (halves cast time of matching req attribute) to be worth anything, then the rarer the skin the more it's worth, this one for example it's a new skin but also already seen in /bonus weapons and not very rare currently, max 40e if it did have that inherent mod
OMG! thank you so much for that link - that's exactly what I needed
Really appreciate it.
no problem, i took it from legacy, make sure you look around the forum there is a ton of useful resources here
this is mostly merch, the eternal shield can be sold for a dozen ectos if you're patient enough.
the first staff has a perfect matching inherent mod but this is the basic necro staff skin and it's not too rare to find that mod since the only type of magic available for that skin is the necro attributes (and not all prof magics)
i'd advise you to check this doc to get intel on what's worth smth and what's not : https://docs.google.com/drawings/d/173…MoA_wILAEk/edit
shield : 20-100e
frog : 5-10a
i struggled very hard to sell the same frog, so gl
