Hi everyone ! I'm new to all those Os things... But I think this one could be worth something even though the "inscription slot" is not that good

So, is it Merchfood or is it worth anything ?

The inscription slot has to be aptitude not attitude's mod (halves cast time of matching req attribute) to be worth anything, then the rarer the skin the more it's worth, this one for example it's a new skin but also already seen in /bonus weapons and not very rare currently, max 40e if it did have that inherent mod
