Most of the Naked Staff collectors are looking for EOTN/NF Inscripted skins that dropped without an inscription slot.
The OS Naked Staves are rather hard to sell, I have started merching them myself. You may find someone who is collecting the skin itself and would want to add it to their Dragon Staff collection for a small fee.

Of these, I would only merch the Jade Wand as the skin isn't wanted, the mods are not prenerf and it it is one off with the energy mod.
The plagueborn shields have collectors, however the 5/20 is not a wanted mod with 10vs mods. You may be able to get 20-30e on the high side unless someone really wants it.
The other 3 are hard to judge as these are obviously more rare, the focus and axe are prenerf, but the Falchion is very nice as well. I am guessing that you have people that are not pc'ing these and waiting for them to be posted for sale, that's the only way you will know. The q7 will have limited audience with one mod, but will still have interest, myself included. I realize this is not the answer you are looking for, someone may respond with a range if they are not interested in buying (PC'ing and buying same item can have a controversial perception).

Great Job, Praise!
This was a very intriguing project as you conducted your experiments. This was certainly an eye opener for me as someone who has always used melee style professions versus casters.
The results highlight the ever game/life challenge that perception is not always reality, perfect example is that 40/40 is really 36/36, mind blowing!

I agree with Hairy Knight, around 10e but hard to sell, would need the right collector.
Informational: this is considered “dual zealous” which is actually rather useless on a weapon, it’s more collectible, and not as wanted as “dual Vamp” weapons, as described by Bowie (+15 -1 Health Regeneration).
With that being said even for dual vamp weapons, bows and hammers are not as wanted or collected as axes and swords. Dual vamp q9 axes and swords with nice skins can fetch a lot of money these days. -

Blue Insc EOTN swords have been hard to sell.
I took 100e for a q8 lesser dark scimitar.
My guess would be 3a-5a for the Greater Highlander
