Yep, just like last time its only amer of kama/gtob/pre ascalon as far as I noticed. Load on any character in any other town. Switch to int, district is account wide. GtoB/Kama bound characters will load once you swap to int.

Gothic weapons drop from dragon moss farm pretty commonly...
and dragon mosses are rather commonly botted by idiots for plant fibers, so, many, many, of these end up in circulation

Found this today farming nightfall lvl 20 mobs in NM. Don't think it sets any records but so close to perfect for q8 gold staff I think.
I think that might actually be the current max for gold q8. I had a similar plagueborn drop and asked Red and iirc he said, of all things, that purple q8 11-21 staves can drop hsr 20% like the insc ghostly for sale a while back, but, obviously the hct/insc is not max... however gold q8 staves only go to hsr 18% but the inherent/insc can be max.
I kinda remember Pleikki has a couple golds with hsr 20% 'postnerf' insc, but, idk when or where they're from (I think right at nf launch/during preview they could drop). Hopefully Red or someone has the answer better as my memory is horrible

With stuff like this its not what you should expect to pay, it's more what you are willing to pay. Most ppl just merchfood this stuff (some don't ;P ) so you are basically paying ppl to pay attention more to drops and a storage fee (lol) until they can trade.
Honestly, they could be worth just 1k like an unid to you, and you might find some, or, you could pay 5-10e and maybe get more faster.
Honestly, putting a price on them is relatively hard.

Yes, it's not 'illegal' however "against tos and eula" is all that matters.
It is also "unenforceable in court" that ANet is in any way obligated to keep your account active. They could shut down servers, ban whoever they want, delete your favorite character for no reason, rename all your characters to 'Douchecles Goldseller'. Its their servers, their databases, YOUR LIMITED CONTENT LICENSE (you own nothing) that matters.

They *must* sell something because they have accounts that buy items for ectos/arms from players in kama, so obiously there is a buyer somewhere.

It took someone in embark reminding ppl "district is account wide only ae is down"
Swapped char in embark to int, then swap to whoever is 'stuck' somewhere that won't load ae.

idfk wtf to say...
1) Anyone I logged out in kamadan on can't load into kamadan, it gets stuck on the kama load screen at 0%.
2) I managed to map a character into d2, went for the d1 goal, and denied ofc... now that character is in boat 1
3) Apparently ascalon in pre = forbidden zone... guess where my pre-tards are...
I've tried -repair and -image, no help.
Tried rebooting modem, pc, every internet connected device I could think of, no help.
The problem seems to only occur in populated places like asc and kama d1, it has never happened before today... wtf? there were no updates today!
Anyone have any ideas? I'm at a total loss.

i've got a q12 df 20/10 cele staff thats been holding mods for me. Right now I think its got a dual +30hp mods on it, hale/fort. I'm not sure what a fair price would be, its high req (eeeew), 20/10 which nobody seems to want now, but hey, its a cele staff! Lol.
Tbh i'm open to nearly any offer.

What is it with these people, anyway? What's the point of trying to get around someone's chat filter? Presumably, if a player goes to the trouble of updating a personal chat filter to get rid of gold sellers, they're not going to be a potential customer. Am I missing something, or...?
Idk honestly, really all it accomplishes is annoy me into shutting off my filer by adding a character in front of [ChatFilter] and saving, then report them all, then turn back on my filter by deleting the extra character and saving it so its 'normal' again.
Maybe they want to piss ppl off so they get reported more and maybe more accounts of theirs banned?
They make no sense.
Edit: also, i'm testing out if rules for 'co m' and 'c om' are ok and don't nuke anything 'extra'...

if you don't notice any extra '****' in random stuff, its only in ads, change 'Censor' to 'Suppress'. I don't include the <dot> because often they add a space there too.

I figured out the solution if u make your own chatfilter.ini make sure to put a space in between [ChatFilter] and whatever u add to the filter list I will attach what I have listed and edited from others

my favorie 'bug' with this update is your characters costume shows up on the character select screen even if its set to never show.
Before the update the selection screen went by the 'show/don't show' box, and only showed costumes after logging into a characer and only if show costume was checked.

Best you can do is get whatever year box you want, open them yourself, and hope for a good mini/tonic that you can sell.

Unids are still a thing, usually 7=1e or 7=5k, sometimes 1k/ea, theres often buyers in kama.

You are right, the wiki lacks the info in most cases. There are a few enemies that do have their dmg type, but, it's few and far between. Like everyone knows vaettir in melee do earth, raptors are slashing, anything bow range is usually piercing (except spirits are light iirc)...
It's usually just noted on pages of stuff ppl farm a lot I guess.
Testing the elements can be done with the mesmer skills "Mantra of Earth/Flame/Frost/Lightning" and just look for energy gain from the skill.
Piercing/Slashing/Blunt can be done by checking for dmg reduction due to insc on shields or if a +10 armor difference isn't enough to tell use an assassin for infiltrators / vanguard / saboteurs.
The elements could also be tested with armor bonuses / look for less avg dmg too, but, the mantra method is much easier.
Edit: And if you figure out dmg types for things and its not in the wiki, plz add it there!

I sometimes save odd mods for 'projects' ;P
Not exactly sure what I had in mind for the 10% ench, but, I think I have two, so you can have one, just go on my profile > user > start convo and tell me a character name to reach you on..
As for where to find them? Pretty much anywhere on blue items, really blue items anywhere could have them on them. Mods go by item rarity not by req so you can't say "farm lvl ___ foes to get ____ mod". It's a 'common' rarity mod, but, honestly finding the lowest possible ench on a drop isn't very common.
