HA's dead, i mean real one. It's only about farming the hoh chest. However you may get some match on double HA week. Else it's only fake match vs Bot+7 henchmen.
Concerning gvg, it's pretty much dead too, except from MAT, and some AT when real guilds need the QPs.
And ofc last comunity of gvg players still do some scrims in the evening, more or less daily.
Ladder is only sync tho.
Hope you'll join the party in gvg, all playesr motivated are welcome -

First you never go for superior runes, so make it 14 heal
Second, you defenitly cast your guardian with a staff (prot) moded 40/20/20%.
Use another switch makes rarely any sens , i only see some casting under Shieldset while you're targeted by the enemy, or a high mana set when you run oom. And these both cases don't include a prot offhand i'm afraid.
Concerning the rest of attribute, it' sa question of preferences, i personaly go for 9 tactics and use q8/16 shields

It's hard to say if it's pure merchfood, or not.
I woudlnt merch it since it's "perfect" in trem of req and Stats, it's à Nice item, but it has literally 0 utility. Well, concerning pvp, can't tell about pve tho :p -

Agreed, as i'm used to say, dual vamp is not as popular as it used to be.
All i CAN say is : dual vamp q9 basics skin are worth 50-70e
For yourz, More or less uncomun, 100-200e

Well this shield is pretty Nice tbh, but i doubt it's worth a fortune, for a lack of potential buyers. It could interest a pvp monk player who is bored of basic skins we see a lot (conch, aegis, etc..), Or a collector.
As one of them(pvp lad), i Would consider offer 5a on it, enventualy . Maybe you can reach 10a, since lot of them dont play much and dont rly care about money .
This is m'y own PoV, but i'm also curious to have someone else advice -

Ive seen one or 2 sold in the past. Havent seen any pop up for a while though. Imo it would be on the lower spectrum of Crystallines since that mod is often viewed as scheisse. I would reckon around 30-100a depending on req and if perfect or not (Pretty sure ive seen a 14 -5 aswell).

That's not true btw, someone I know managed to dupe ded panda and he got banned for that but when he got his account back (2 years ago or so), pandas were removed. During the dupe time, I think anet banned accounts and removed some of the duped items (probably not everything, that's why people think anet did not remove anything but they did) since it was easy to remove because of the ID of the item. Nowadays they still can remove stuff, thing is no one is in charge of doing that.
hmmmm, maybe Anet just took the panda, and stock them on a precise account, to keep illegal things supposed to get "removed" from the game.
i heard that they can't remove items, because of the way they codded the game. well, it's only suppositions -
