Str seems actualy much rarer than tact.
Wouldnt be surprised str was sold for the price mentioned above.
However, the only reason is that q8/16 being max armor in game.
This Logic don’t apply for q7 and less str, you legit lose armor for no reason.
This q5/13 str is 50a range imo. Probably less.. Only for 5/13 collectors, that are also collecting str low req for some obscure reasons.

2nd opinion on diamond :
This shield is crasy rare , 25a is imo a steal. Indeed mot is bad req, pretty useless and not wanted. But q8/16, one of the rarest skin insc in game.
I would never sell such shield under triple digit arms. But that’s me; wait for more pc
