that is from my experience purely caused by your connection to the servers, or some issue on the servers. something network related, nothing to do with the computing performance of your machine or graphics settings.

truly is. some people claim that q8 can drop on lvl 21, so it woukd be an option on a deathhand, but so far no one could supply any kind of proof.
The necro in each grp is i think lvl 21 or 20 so it might still be possible like you say !
