if this is just about getting moddable staffs somehow, not about self dropping from chestrunning, i'd say just get balthasar staffs from blessings. it is by far the easiest and cheapest for all attributes.
im not even sure if multi attribute staffs drop on all attributes, like restoration used to not drop at all i think.

I noticed reactions were available in the sell section (however briefly) and aren't anymore, and are still available in the buy section. I don't really mind but i don't think they serve much of a purpose there.
Where they would have a purpose imo is the price check section. people might agree or disagree with a pc but arent inclined enough to post themselves. reactions would be an easier and quicker way for that and an additional indicator for the person who asked.

its not max damage. Max is 28, therefore i think its not much.

there is pre- and post-nerf max damage and they are not the same

the mods are worthless, paragon mod is still relatively new though.
what does make the bow worth something is the fact that it is max dmg for q8. it could fetch some ecto, maybe even armbraces
