Is it possible to miss the EotN access quests? Eg. What Lies Beneath

Hi all

Question is pretty much the thread subject.

I'm asking because I keep a spreadsheet where I track all the quests I've completed. However, I didn't mark What Liest Beneath, Hole of Istan or I Feel the Earth Move Under Cantha's Feet as completed (I probably just forgot to tick it off).

As far as I understand, it's impossible to not do one of the 3 quests above, as Beginning of the End only begins if you've completed one of them. However, can someone confirm, please?
