I've recently come across this perfect dual insc. mod os ornate shield and I was wondering if it was worth anything (to collectors maybe?)

I would drop a couple of ectos on it

but from my point of view it is a not really wanted skin, req 12 with non wanted mod combination so the value is low to hard to sell.
