q8 Daggers, DED polar bear

A couple things for you:

1. Bo staff does not come inscribable.

2. Celestial staff does not come inscribable.

3. I think I have a few q9 20/10 celestial staves for rit for sale on my sale thread.

The dungeon loot staves come in primary attributes only, so rit ones are all spawning.

The spawning ones do come in different damage types like lightning or fire damage, possibly other dmg types like on certain other eotn rit staves like the giant q-tip of doom.
