imo, merch/take what you can get and run for the hills. could be wrong tho 
Steal mods for a max staff or to sell, keep it if you just want the skin, or...
i wouldnt merch /salv this.
This is a good to use ghostly dom staff with other than dmg max mods.
U dont stumble upon gold versions that often

sephis looks like merch, or any offers . not max, not even close
ancient should be 5-10a imo
hammer is def valuable, but wiat for a real PC before sell

I'd value the Cele Hammer between 10-15a.
Don't merch the Sephis Axe. Someone will like it for sure, its a popular skin.
In terms of the Ancient Shield, Jack would know better than me.
