Agree on Hero fodder. +41 is not "just off" max, it is on the lower side of "off max" so I doubt anyone will pay much for it, if anything at all.

41 is as low as that mod can go, so it's as off-max as possible.

It's merch food, my heroes would also merch it if I gave it to them to use.
