Its been a very long time since I have done this mission. I understand you have to kill the bosses in one area . How do I leave one area , to go to the next one for boss killing and complete mission???

Press U on your keyboard to bring up mini map, it will show you the check points, you teleport through one portal at beginning then run to the rest of the bosses.
