1. DZ less wanted & lower priced than a DV equivalent but due to q9 definetly collector value. I suggest you to put it for sale and if you have 2 interested ppl you might be lucky.
Skin is not that rare, so I think 50-80e is a fair price.
2. Merch, attribute combination makes no sense.

actually dont merch the scepter but salvage for good amount of dust which is often more valuable

+15% -1 energy regen, not DV, i don't think u can sell it 50e, iwould say 30e bc of the skin
