1. q7 str / 15 ar plated shield
2. q8 tac / 16 ar shield of the wing
3. q8 insp / 12e starfish focus

I sold a purple q8/16 plated for ~150e to someone who reaaaaaaally wanted one a while ago, if that's any help
realistically I wouldn't expect that much from a blue -
maybe 5-10e or merch.. i dont see any value in low Q STR shields.. the SotW is 10-20e and the low q inspiration can be salvaged to dust
