I would argue the daggers are also merch fodder. Even r9 15^50 would hardly meet your evaluation, and these are stance.
Edit: 15^50, +5e, and 15wE are the most valuable for daggers; any other mod in r9 would be a hard sale. Also, if stance is that useful, why aren't stance shields a thing for sins?

@Hermes where are 15^50 daggers used? Or it's only some weird collector's thing?

@Hermes 15^stance are good for wota dagger spam, kinda popular including pvp. Personally I would merch 15^50, but I don't track prices of daggers worth merch - 15 e that much. Maybe Im wrong and they are merch.
Edit: And I didn't tell that they will be ez to sell rly
