Accursed Staff q9 20/20 probably 5-10e max. It's a pretty common 20/20 staff to find.

Water staff q9 20/20 fire probably merch. Mixed attrib staves are very hard/impossible to sell except df/heal or df/prot since there isn't heal or prot req os staves in most cases.

Not sure on wand/focus

Ofc I may be wrong, there is ppl who will buy almost anything in gw in 2017

focus merch imo, focus mods only make sense on a shield id say
