Newer player with bank full of items

    Hello all. I am a newer player with a bunch of yellow items and no real gauge of how valuable/worthless they are. Image is attached, was wondering if I could get a PC on them as well as just a general idea of how to evaluate an items value (have been looking at the pinned price check list for some things and the wiki for knowing 20/20 and 40/20/20 gear is what to shoot for but unsure of everything in between).     Os shields in general preferably with rare skins and perfect mods

    Rare skin inscr Q9 and final chest dungeons drops q9-13
