What a heartbreaker.. I would say merch or whatever someone is willing to offer STR instead of tac.. and +9 and Stance over ench kinda kills it
This shield is missing it everywhere. Should have been q10 to make it perfect -
Interesting! I don't really mind, I am noob and just trying to get a feeling for what has value and what not. Thank you for your comment in that regard: I'll be looking for more tac and ench shields then
