Hi there folks!
I just got an interesting drop from my ironman character and I seriously dont know if this weapon is worth anything. Although I cannot trade with anyone so it is pointless to me, however it is by far my most interesting drop this early in the game. Let me know by the comments

Imo, really not worth a ton but possibly good for a hero later?
9% can happen on purples too, so mods aren't max... 9s would be funny with q9
It would be sweet if dmg was 11-21 and q8 with 8/8 for three eights and max post nerf q8 dmg lol
