This bow looks like it may be interesting? Some rangers don't mind the -5 energy. The celestial skin is nice and the +15% free modifier makes the 13-25 damage a 15-29 damage bow. Any idea on rarity or value?

14-25 is max for q7, so low xx e at absolute most imo, and thats if u get lucky. realistically merch food imo
