Nice concept to use the Signets to upkeep healing under Vow of Silence. You have VoS against spells and Blind against martials, but you have nothing against touchers https://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Stygian_Hunger ; https://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Restless_…e_of_the_North) , since touch skills aren't spells, they go through VoS. The cool part however, is that you can easily slot "Can't Touch This!" to counter those and be immune to even more forms of damage.
