Hi Bluey,
first off I apologize to everyone for not reading all the answers fully (as they are mostly very long) but I have to say that I must congratulate you OP, for being self-aware enough to realize your addiction - and you've also helped me reaffirm that I was going in the same direction in the process...
But for what it's worth if I were in a position similar to what you're describing I would probably seek professional help because addiction of any kind is a real matter and I don't want to get into the science of it all here now but if you or any of us (all GW players and all gamers really) don't moderate our screen time it could end up harming us one way or the other.
Also, after realizing I was also on the brink of addiction to GW, I decided to cut back screen time considerably and the withdrawal is real. So I think what I'm going to do is I'm going to cut it back gradually and replace it with more with IRL activities. We'll see how it goes but please do take care of yourself cuz nothing is more important than your well being.
Kind regards,
K ~
