Hey,
I randomly dropped this shield yesterday. As I got a few reactions in the how GW treated you today thread now I wonder if it has any value, or if people just found it as accidental as I did.
The mod mix is in the "wrong" order and not the best one, but still seem viable.
Any idea of its range ?
