Putting up a Japan 1st Anniversary Shield q 9 Str unidentified for auction.
It is a Factions drop, so it could well be that it is non-inscribable. Unlike other new items it is dye-able. This is just a preview in the pic and I did not change the original color, which is actually not identical with any of the dyes.
Deadline will be next Sunday, May 11th somewhere around reset (whenever I get to log in after reset)
