so everything except the hammer has perf mods they arent worth anything?? and the 2 wands have additional stats no mods on them yet still merch??

It's a long story and somewhere in the forum there is a good post about what gives an item value but in your case basically the inscribable items are not sought after skins and their mods are neither rare not desirable even being max, for non inscr items like the wands you want dual max (useful) mods on them to have any value, the skin also matters
