2. It makes doing dungeons and vanquishes certainly easier
3. Probably spend about 70-100k per hero, depending on current rune prices. If major vigor will suffice instead of sup vigor, it's obviously much cheaper
I found it a really good shortcut to starting new RP characters. Being able to use level 20 characters the moment you can talk to a registrar speeds up the early game so much. No need to hit up EotN or Nightfall for a full hero team.
