OS Weapons for pricecheck

All non q9 OS (common skin) perfect modded weapons, have very low value. Best put on heroes or sold to a merchant. It's almost impossible to find buyers and even then you'd only get single digit ectos, most likely. Stuff like perfect Celestial Axes/Swords have double digit ecto value, but are hard sells, since they are pretty common.

Edit: This doesn't apply to perfect dual modded shields and perfect foci/wands.
