PC: Serpent axe (tyrian) and Wing shield

Merch and merch. Both common drops.

All inscribable Serpent Axes are Tyrian, they are easy to find in eotn.

Only OS uninscribable Tyrian Serpent Axes are the expensive ones because they have not dropped in Prophecies for many, many, years.

They *do* drop still OS in Factions, but those are sized and dye differently.
