Does anyone know how I would ever find the means to obtain these items? Coke Items / Japan Pre Order / Taiwan Preorder?

you can only get them by having the key for them on your account, so short answer: you cant get them.

there might be a few people still playing who have them, as for unused codes, very very doubtful. Good luck
