Hey, hi 😊 is it a Focus Item or a Weapon?
I think the Fan of Purity is Special in that way, because it's a Wand, only in Gold rarity.
Weapons from Winds of Change that can be exchanged for 15 Ministerial Commendations called Purity weapons, including Fan of Purity, which requires Domination, in the form of a wand (with the skin: Paper Fan, which is normally an existing focus skin), are only purple; there is no gold equivalent.
