This is worth 1000a+.. here's a similar price check for the exact weapon: PC Oni Blade q8 15^50 clean value. This was 6-7 months ago, so I am sure its worth more now.
Don't sell to PM's, put it for auction if you plan on selling it and see how much it gets to and then you can decide if you want to sell or not. Good luck!
