Dont think they are prenerf. The window on the merchent is just scrolled all fhe way down. (Check right side of the screen)
We would need to see a new full screen with all stats to confirm if its prenerf or not. -
Update:
1. adding full screenshots of the staffs for transparency. Appear to not be OS .
2. adding a crude shield found from merc.
