Problems with ArenaNet Support

Hi,
I started playing Guildwars again after 13 years with Reforged. Unfortunately, I can't remember the account name or email address for my second account. Over the last few days, I have created two tickets via ArenaNet Support, but unfortunately I have not received any helpful responses. I found the names of five characters in old screenshots and attached these screenshots to the ticket. Unfortunately, I keep getting the same response that my name, address, email address, or keys are required for verification. Of course, after 13 years, I no longer have any keys. I have often read that the support team is supposed to be good and can still help people somehow. Is there any way I can still access my account? Has anyone had a similar experience and has any advice for me? I am a little desperate and sad that the support team is so uncooperative. Surely they should be able to verify my account using the character names, shouldn't they?

I have already provided my name and the address I had at the time. I no longer remember the keys and email address. Support is not asking for any further information, and I don't know what else could help. The last names of my characters from the second account are similar to those from the first account, which could at least establish a connection to me, but that doesn't seem to matter. I also have screenshots of the characters. How likely is it that a stranger would have various screenshots of several characters from one account?

My character with the LDoA title is on the second account—at the time with Death-Leveling, it took a lot of effort to level up. I'm very attached to it and would be very sad if I couldn't get the account back.
