What exactly qualifies an item to be OS? Been IDing studd for title and wondering what OS is, and what are some skins that are valuable. Thanks for answers ahead of time

OS means drops with inherent effects, not an inscription slot. As in drops from Prophecies and Factions. Inscriptions were added with NF and EotN.
