It's always a pleasant surprise to drop something intriguing when you least expect it. As I was vanquishing on Shing Jing Island, a random chest treated me to this little unexpected treasure. I will keep this unidentified to keep the OS mod dreams alive.
I was curious if this skin had been previously reported to drop on Shing Jing Island but looks like it didn't make to the list before it was no longer being updated.

if nothing has been stolen from your account, i would doubt that somebody else has accessed it. also the window of time in which somebody would have accessed it seems relatively short (last evening to now), which also leads me to think its not super likely.
the keybindings that you mention though all seem consistent with QWERTY to my knowledge, so even if your keyboard settings are normal (non-QWERTY) now, maybe there were briefly changed? the fact that the other account is not affected could also point to only a brief duration of the change if you did not use it during that time. bindings being consistent with QWERTY do indicate some sort of keyboard setting as the cause imo.
while i have not had keyboard bindings change, i have recently had my customized UI reset while using a gamepad in another game. so maybe if you had GW running while playing something else with gamepad you may have done things without noticing.
