PC q8 shadow shield

Swords and shields still drop as max req 8s... If it were prenerf purple/gold with dual inherent mods, would be worth something

I have an old habit of keeping blue req8/16 strength shields until something better drops so personally, I would keep and wait for one with dual inherent mods before merching... Faming my own little collection
