when I use Glyph of Swiftness + Shadow Form with a +20ench weapon the duration is not what it used to be before Reforged for me. it feels like the +20% dont apply, but i have not done exact tests with measured seconds.
at 12 shadow arts there used to be the tiniest fraction of a second downtime, now its more than a second and enemies can cast spells which didnt happen before.
at 16 shadow arts i used to have quite a comfortable window of time between casts of several seconds, now i have to basically recast asap. months ago this only happened occasionally like the first cast after getting knocked down, then it went back to the old longer duration. but now i constantly have the reduced duration.
deadly paradox + SF does not seem to be affected.
has anybody else noticed this?
