Howdy,
I've installed GW launcher a few times and added all my accounts.
The accounts are listed and everything works fine....Until, I sign out or turn off my laptop, then all my accounts disappear and have to add them all again.
Example.

To this, after log off, shutdown etc.

Not an expert, but from previous experience with a different app a few years back. (Textmod/multilaunch)
It appears your settings in the .ini file isn't being saved for some reason .
Maybe you have document folder set up (purposely or accidentally) as a "protected" file and therefore windows isn't letting it be overwritten. You will need to add an exclusion for that.
Most likely in the windows defender settings. Look at recently blocked actions and find the one corresponding to that file and set to "allow".
