You could probably get a few arms for the bladed shield. The +1 attribute shields are very desirable and uncommon.

The rest is merch food. Not 9req. The only 9req has useless mismatched smiting and communing.
20/10 for a staff is not desirable.

The ensorcelling staff is a great self use. Unfortunately insc items are hard to sell and dont sell for much unless a rare skin like Bone Dragon Staff for example.

Would salvage the mods, especially 20% ench and +30hp
