The earth staff is not max damage (they don't drop any more max dmg in Q8), so you can safely merch or use it for a hero.

Q8 inscr. foci are a hard sale, they usually go around 10e to 1a, depending if someone really needs that exact item (see this recent estimation for the popular domination attribute)

its the current max damage though but yeah 11-22 is pre nerf which usually sells the best might be a collector for a perfect 11-21 R8 current though who knows

Yep 18/10/11-21 is the current max for q8.

Dropping anything below q9 with max stats is rare, so I wouldn't merch.

Probably has value for a collector.

My guess would be 10-20ish ecto imo but yeah would have to find someone that would want it too
