Honestly, I‘d try to auction it instead of asking for a fixesd price if I were you. You could end up with more if enough ppl are interested

Req7/8 max items and generally anything prenerf (items that can‘t drop anymore today, like 12/13% inherent mods on gold weapons for example) will attract a lot of interest and sell quick.
