create thread problem

You are required to wait 24 hours after registering before you can make threads in Price Check. This is to encourage users to read the (frequently broken) rules.

It's certainly 24 hours. The only other thing I've seen as a potential requirement is having to have posted elsewhere first, which you've done. Maybe there's some kind of delay on the backend.. Remember to read the Market rules first.

You should be able to create a thread in price check now, if you have any more issues contact Kevin our admin and it should be corrected.
