I heard rumblings that textmod isnt working with the new update. Is that true? If not can someone link me textmod? I need to get carto lol.

Mine is working. Have you run GW without Texmod to let it update? It typically doesn't apply the modified textures if the client needs to download files. I'm running the 0.9 beta version from the wiki.
